Low carb breakfast

Had a cozy breakfast with my family today.
Bacon and eggs over easy
I find that the best way to get crispy bacon is to put it in the microwave oven
10-12 slices on full effect for about 6 minutes on baking/parchment paper
Fry some eggs while I wait
and they turn out like this, crispy:)
